API hosted on AWS EC2 Windows 502 BadGateway(connection failed)

My api is hosted on AWS EC2 windows instance. It is working fine locally but getting a 502 when calling from outside . I am trying to make a call using public DNS: http://ift.tt/1BMrK1s

Any idea how to fix this?
