Unable to Update DB

One of my client provide me PHPmy admin database details but i unable to edit that DB it says:

SQL query: DocumentationEdit Edit

SELECT prefs FROM phpmyadmin.pma_table_uiprefs WHERE username = 'YurVcc' AND db_name = 'yourcc_webb' AND table_name = 'jos_ad_camp_transc'

MySQL said: Documentation

1142 - SELECT command denied to user 'YurVcc'@'localhost' for table 'pma_table_uiprefs'

Client is using AWS, Please provide me commands so i can edit those DB via putty & then make the readable again once i done my changes.
