Not able to serve wp-content and wp-includes from s3 bucket with cloudfront

I want to server wp-content and wp-includes folder from S3 bucket with cloudfront. I don't want to keep both folder in web server. I have used w3 total cache plugin origin pull and origin push with Amazon cloud front.

Issue is when I am using origin push, I have uploaded both folder to S3 bucket and removing the folder from web server site is not loading. I also want to upload data directly to wp-content/upload to S3 bucket and serve it through cloud front.

Any help much appreciated.
