SEND and RECIEVE SMS by AMAZON WS or ANY APPROACH

I have requirement, where in Java application will receive an SMS from GSM modem and application has to analyse it then it has to reply the requested data to the same number(GSM number). How to achieve this. kindly help me with Amazon Web service or any other way.
