An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator (6632) in jasper server amazon instance based

I am using iReports 5.6.0 and amazon instance for jasper server 5 for windows.

I tried running a jasper report (which is built using iReports) in jasper server after uploading. I have got an error: "An error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator. (6632)"

I tried to google about that error and I have got solution as Open the file in the path: webapps/jasperserver/WEB-INF/classes/esapi/security-config.properties Now, when this file is opened with a text editor, search for ‘security.validation.sql.on‘. If you found that, you need to set its value to false. I think this is for jasper server which is installed in local.

I tried checking for that in my jasper server folder instance but the file named "security-config.properties" does not exist in entire jasper server folder.

Has anyone encountered this error and come up with a workaround or at least an explanation of what is going on?
