Is it possible to automatically sync data from local to amazon s3?

I'm using a Amazon S3 bucket to store images from my website(Zend) and i wanted it to automatically synchronize and fetch data from local and auto update itself. But im unable to find any relevant solution. But i also have a basic question whether it is even possible ? Please help!
