How to can I run kairosDB installed on a AWS EC2 instance in a web browser

I have set up an Amazon Web Service EC2 instance of ubuntu.

I want to run the kairosdb installed on this machine from my web browser. Like I used to do on non virtual enviromnent.

ex:

<ip>:<port number>
192.238.22.12:8080

On AWS I have a public IP but I am not able to run it in the similar way.
