Oracle license migration to AWS RDS with Multi-AZ

Could someone please clarify :

As per my understanding, Amazon allows under BYOL model to make use of our
existing license, but we are not sure how Amazon would charge for secondary instance(Multi-AZ) as we have only one license(Standard) which will be used by Primary instance. Can you help in specifying the approximate license cost for two instances one primary and one secondary.
