I want to make a similar platform like zbigz.com that download users torrent on their private cloud accessible by there user accounts. I read many things on internet and totally confused how to make such stuff. Like where to host my downloads and how to program my application at that platform (looks PaaS) to download it. Can any body tell me approach. That which service should I purchase. And their is easy programming tools available so i can write the code efficiently. And build a website over it.

- Cloud Storage (In many GB for a user)
- Programming Environment
