s3.amazonaws.com SSL cert is about to expire - should I panic?

My bucket is linked with CDN service (not CloudFront) and recently support of that CDN service contacted me that SSL cert on my bucket (cert for s3.amazonaws.com/mybucket) is going to expire.

   Does Amazon automatically update S3 SSL certs? Or I have to do something about it on my own?

   If Amazon will update S3 certificate automatically then under which CA it will be renewed? Because if it will be different CA then I will have to take some action on CDN side to make it work...
