Adding method to WCF service to receive JSON from AWS SNS

I am writing a WCF service to be used internally for sending emails. It sends those emails via Amazons Simple Email Service. I am trying to write my code to received notifications from the Simple Notification Service for bounce and complaint responses. My WCF experience is fairly limited so I'm not sure how to set up the method to receive JSON and how to parse it.
