Amazon SES with Microsoft Windows Server IIS SMTP

Hi guys i am hosting a html5 site and a php coded page to send emails on amazon windows server 2012 R2 instance. i configured all smtp settings as guided on there links :-

but still no success. is there anything else that i need to configure? please help.
