Bind DNS into MongoDB configuration in EC2

I have a system that has 3 MongoDB clusters (1 master 2 replica set) and auto-scaled EC2 application instances in AWS without knowing the number of servers. I installed the application servers with Elastic Beanstalk and I want to bind the EC2 instances into MongoDB clusters. I tried bind_ip however EC2 instances automatically terminates or creates itself without preserving the IP address. I want to bind the DNS address of EC2 instances' load balancer into MongoDB configuration file. Is it possible to bind DNS address in MongoDB?
