to study scaling chat software on amazon

I need to choose a stack to learn to develop a chat software that scales when needed. My current choice of stack to study: 1. Aws ec2 infrastructure 2. MEAN 3. Docker

I could not find any tutorial that gives a proof of concept intro that is installable on the Amazon free tire.

Could you please let me know, if such a thing to practice MEAN+docker on a free tire is at all possible please?
