upload php folder and files to aws elastic beanstalk

I have installed php elastic beanstalk and uploaded zip folder with 5 php files.How can I access that folder and that file. Also what does the path look like .

Currently i have default-environment--12345.elasticbeanstalk.com .I tried http://ift.tt/1Ep1ZnC but I got error.Folder does not exist and also file does not exist.Please help me out.Thanks.
