Deploy web application to AWS using Glassfish

I developed a Java EE 7 application using Eclipse Keplar that runs on GlassFish 4 on my local environment. Now, I would like to deploy this to the web and specifically to AWS Elastic Bean using the Eclipse Plugin. This link says that AWS Elastic Beanstalk supports Jave 7 with glassfish 4. So, it is possible, my question is how? I can't find a comprehensive resource explaining how to go about doing this. The resource link on the page provided, is hardly comprehensive (especially for working with Eclipse) and is for Python not Java. If you have some information or resources to shine some light on this, it'll be appreciated.
